Hello darling! Thank you so much for visiting my blog! I hope you can take away some tips and tricks of the trade while you're here. I don't claim to be any expert, but I am looking to improve my own health and help others on the way (if I can). This blog is all about wellness... wellness can be pretty broad! You can expect to find things here that make you feel good. If I find a good recipe or a great workout, I'm going to share it because taking care of your body feels good. If I find a cute outfit or an awesome beauty product, I'll share the links because I think self-confidence is a massive part of being happy and healthy.
I graduated from a private institution called Brigham Young University, with a Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise and Wellness- I have a passion for health and I am always looking for ways to expand my education. In addition to my degree, I am a certified Group Fitness Instructor through AFAA and a certified Personal Trainer through NASM. If you have any questions, comments and/or tips and advice, please send them my way. I can't wait to hear from you!
