The holidays are some of the hardest times to stick with your goals- trust me, normal people TOTALLY struggle. Its hard! There's candy and goodies everywhere, especially on Halloween. So I just wanted to give you some ideas of a few things you could do to stay on track today! It is okay to have a couple of treats, its not okay to binge eat all the candy in your trick-or-treat bowl.... (this also applies to stealing your kids candy, just don't do it!)
Also- as a side note, I totally had to post my costume for Halloween. Cause, DUH. (Disclaimer- you can skip right over the photos to the good stuff below if you really must).
